Now, I just wanted to share some photos I've taken over the past two years. Not for any particular reason, just one's that I have taken and feel like sharing, and ones that really caught my eye and my heart. Just pretty and lovely things.

I hope you will enjoy them.

I'm not sure why, but I have always found cemetery's lovely and peaceful. I guess it's because I know that when my body is put in a grave, I will be with my Lord. Yet, cemetery's where loved ones were placed long ago, just always seem so peaceful.

Just an adorable little fellow eating sunflower seeds, from underneath an old and unused clothes line.

A quiet, serene, and beautiful back country road I happened upon one day. So peacefull, so lovely, birds and bugs were all that could be heard.

A window on an old and abandoned well house. the farm in now abandoned, and falling into disrepair. What shame to loose such history and loveliness.

I hope your day is filled with fun and beauty where ever the Lord may lead you.

Make time for fun and beauty in all you do.

Love & Prayers,
Ronda
Have A Peachy Keen, Fun & Lovely Day.

On My Mind.......

Things on my mind this morning........

I am ever so thankful that my precious Lord takes care of every detail of my every day life.

Even though this morning finds me sick at my stomach a bit, because of yesterday's infusion treatment, I am not complaining. I am thankful for God's wondrous provisions in my life. I know there is a positive outcome even when there might be slight upset along the way.

I have the most adorably sweet husband on the planet. He is such a big teddy bear of a man. Strong, large in height (yet not so large in body size now that he has lost 95 pounds), large in heart, he has an almost child like and most adorable sense of humor and fun loving way about him, caring, yet a MAN, through and through. Bob is now playing softball with a team of guys from his job, and he is loving it. Last week he received a rather harsh blow to his leg, which has turned out to be a very ugly wound, but the giant kid with-in is excitedly and not so patiently awaiting to be able and play ball again with all the other...."boys"...LOL on the team. I LOVE THAT MAN (boy) OF MINE.!!!

Even though I was....well.....not feeling quiet my normal spunky self last night, I am glad I went to church anyway. What a blessing, what a joy, what a God we serve, love, and adore.

Mr. Gene Angel, and Mr. Riley Sam's. These two gentlemen have been on my mind of late. They both served and loved the Lord with all their hearts and lives. Both of these sweet men were called home by God last week. What a loss, we here on earth are feeling, YET, what a Gain for them to be able to see our Lord face to face. I/we will miss them both.

So many people who are so sick with swine flu, so many more who are living in fear of it, yet I am glad I am not filled with such fear of what "may or may not be".

I am loving my new book....

I am taking my time, and reading slowly, so as to be able to soak up, think about, chew on, learn, and understand every little piece. I so truly desire to be more. I truly want to be a woman after God's own heart, and in order to do that, I need to rid myself of....me and my ways. Please pray for me.

Well, even though my body does not want to....LOL, I must now go and make myself ready for another day's work in our local Boy Scout Store. I am thankful it will only be about 4 or 5 hours, yet I am also thankful for a part time job, that helps my hubby and I with a little extra cash. Can't help being honest about the fact that I pray daily for God to work things out with in my hubby's plant, so that overtime will open back up. He could make in two days of working over a few hours here and there, what it takes me ALL WEEK long to make.....UGH!!!! why didn't I get training when I still could in something other than being a hair dresser....hind sight 20-20 as they say. If I'd only known , how much I would wind up loving computers and such.....LOL...yeah I'm a 44 year old "wanna be" computer geek.....LOL.

I hope and pray your day is equally blessed.

OH Mrs. M (from Keeper of our Home), I know just what you mean. Hubby and I have talked over and over about wishing our lives had been in times and days gone by. Yes harder perhaps, yet much more rewarding, and much simpler in so many ways, and thoughts of family, faith, friends and community were so very much stronger. Bob and I could most completely and comfortably see ourselves in those wondrous by gone days. Oh well...God knows best, yet I shall continue to dream anyway....LOL.

Love & Prayers,

Ronda

Have A Peachy Keen Day.
